Our story
Built for real-world needs
In the early 2000s, rising costs and efficiency pressures were transforming healthcare across Europe—especially in Germany. Emergency services faced the challenge of reducing expenses while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Founded in 2004, Rescue Trade® set out to provide smarter, more efficient solutions for this new era.
German rescue services were among the first to recognize the value of disposable bedding and transfer products, embracing these innovations for their cost-effectiveness, hygiene, and time savings. Rescue Trade® helped pioneer this transformation—establishing single-use bedding and transfer products as the new standard in ambulances, hospitals, and care facilities throughout Germany. Today, disposables are an integral part of patient care across the country.
This trend, which began in Germany, is now reflected in many other countries as well.
As organizations across Europe and beyond adopt disposable solutions, one thing remains clear: when every minute matters, patient safety and hygiene are essential—everywhere. Rescue Trade® now supplies organizations not only across Germany, but throughout Europe—and is expanding globally.
Over the years, our solutions have proven their value during routine operations and major crises—including the 2015 refugee influx, the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, and the 2022 Ukraine crisis. Whether in hospitals, ambulances, or temporary shelters, Rescue Trade® products help protect lives and ease workloads when it matters most.
Today, our three product lines—Rescue Bedding®, Rescue Transfer®, and Rescue Carry®—are trusted by leading emergency, healthcare, law enforcement, military, and humanitarian organizations worldwide.
